Best detox to cleanse the liver?
I‘ve heard it helps to detox your liver. Best product or home remedy to do this? Whats the worst one you’ve used so I know to avoid it?

Best one is perhaps Milk Thistle (Silybium marianum). This is widely used in the UK for liver detoxing, especially after alcohol use. There is scientific evidence also to back up Milk Thistle’s effectiveness for the health of the liver - acitve ingredients is Silymarin.
