Fast Weight Loss Diet With Chad, Day 10

Looking for fast weight loss diet success? So was Chad. Chad is now on Day 10 of what he now knows firsthand is a fast weight loss diet. It didn’t just promise drastic, rapid weight loss. He saw it happen. He’s been following the protocol very well. On his first day of the very low calorie diet he lost 7.5 pounds.
Average daily weight loss for dieters on the homeopathic HCG diet is 1 to 2 pounds each day they are on the diet. And Chad is meeting the averages. he’s really excited about it. It’s fun for the first time in a long time for him to get on the scale each morning.
The first thing he tried to do was figure out what he was going to have a hard time with; identify his weaknesses so to speak. And he did. His biggest weakness of a certain time of day (between dinner and bed). Then he figured out how to fix them. He decided that he would save both his fruit servings for this time period each day. And it’s been working out well.
230 pounds was what the scale read (for the first time in a long time) when Chad weighed in on the morning of Day 10.
So far Chad’s having fantastic results. For the last several days he loses one pound per day. The weight has been coming off steadily, but he’s still a bit surprised by the change on the scale each morning. He said, “It seems strange that I‘m actually doing this! I‘m losing a pound a day and I feel fine. I feel good, actually.”
Chad definitely wasn’t used to eating in a style that would be called HCG approved before he started the diet. But he adjusted. He knows the rules. And he follows them. On Day 10 he tried something a little different at breakfast. He had coconut mango tea with a melba toast on the side. The melba toasts leave him feeling quite full. For lunch and dinner he ate HCG approved meals.
He’s gotten into the habit of preparing his meals at the beginning of the week. He weighs the meat. Each serving should be 100 grams, pre-cooked. Then he puts the cooked meat in bags to store in the fridge. So each day he can just grab a bag of protein and another bag of pre-prepared vegetables and he’s good to go. He typically just grabs and apple and an orange if he’s going to be away from home for both lunch and dinner. It makes it easy to stay on task while he’s away from home.
Chad said, “It’s the best advice I could ever give someone starting a fast weight loss diet or program. If you always have the appropriate foods ready to go then you’ll be able to avoid the bad eating choices that often occur because a dieter is hungry!”
Chad has been able to avoid the “bad last minute decision” because he makes sure to have food ready and on hand when he needs it. That way there are no big mistakes, binges, exceptions, etc. He’s pretty dedicated. He wants to see all that weight come off…all the way to reaching his ultimate weight loss goal.
