Do Bodybuilding Supplements Always Result In Increased Gains?

As soon as I started going to the gym and bodybuilding, I was already taking bodybuilding products. I was very uneducated about supplements and thought that they would literally just force my body to grow bigger.
A few weeks later my motivation was almost down to zero as I realized that supplements weren’t the magic bullets that I had taken them for. I had really believed that just by taking that extra protein my muscles would start growing massive.
I was really furious that I hadn’t built hardly any muscle mass at all and stopped using the protein supplements. I then looked online for new ways that I could quickly build my body.
After a little bit of searching around I found myself reading a blog post which said that you should not start taking any supplements at all, until you are eating a good diet and doing a workout routine. At first I wasn’t too interested because I was looking for quick fire ways to build muscle, but then I thought I may as well try it out.
So I began working on an exercise and diet plan for my bodybuilding. It wasn’t particularily fun and took quite a long time, but a few days later I did have a quality guide that I could start to use.
I made myself commit to a two month test and promised myself that I would keep to my plan on a day to day basis. I didn’t really think that it would work but it was all I had so I did it anyway.
And thats when something amazing happened, over the next 6 weeks I gained 7 1/2 pounds of rock hard muscle! All I did was make sure that I was eating a good diet and doing my workout routines and it all started happening for me.
After I had made these massive gains, I felt ready to begin taking some bodybuilding supplements again to see if I could now build even more muscle with them. And thats when I found out that there is nothing wrong with supplements, you just need to be consuming them whilst doing effective exercise routines and getting the right nutrition from your food.
