Health is wealth

here is a very common proverb Health is wealth. Indeed you cannot enjoy your riches if you are suffering from ill “health. If you are under the impression that your Health Insurance will help you, then you are mistaken. You have to make an effort to keep yourself fit and kicking.
Within the purview of a family, the women are the worst sufferers. They nurse and tend the entire family at the cost of their health and fitness.
Few reasons are being cited for this apathy:
A woman’s involvement in the kitchen usurps her time; she is left with no time for herself after attending to her household chores. Her job entails physical labor but it is not sufficient for leading a healthy lifestyle free of diseases.
Many women have a thick layer of fat around their waist. They think its either because its hard to slim down around the waist after having a baby or the most common one- eating too much. Frankly speaking its because of lack of exercise.
Some women are reluctant to pay a visit to the doctor when they are indisposed as they feel home remedy is the best. Their sickness gets aggravated due to this negligence.
How many women skip meals? The reason they give is either lack of time or diet. Skipping meals is as bad as over eating when it comes to health concern.
Some women have obesity problems as a family history. There are lots of things that can be done to take better care of your health. You do not have to hit the gym and work out for 4 to 5 hours in a day. These are some steps, which would give a good start towards the positive direction of better health.
Walk for 30 minutes a day at least 5 times in a week. Morning walks are considered the best walks, as your metabolism gets a good start and is active throughout the day.
It is also important that you don’t skip meals. Eat your breakfast, lunch and Dinner at the right time and at moderation. Don’t think that skipping meals helps weight loss. Your metabolism becomes slow and your body starts retaining the fat rather than burning it.
Cut down on in between snacking and the nibbling while cooking. Get your work done as soon as possible and get out of the kitchen to avoid these temptations.
The false notion that skipping meals can bring about weight loss has to be forfeited. It only adds to the problem. The body stores fat as the metabolism becomes sluggish.
A Healthy & a Natural diet consisting of grains, rice, vegetables, fruits and Dairy products is the most important requirement for a better health. Avoid oily and Greasy foods in your everyday food. Artificial diets such as protein shakes, diet foods may give you instant results for weight loss, but it is also fast for weight gain. Natural diet is the best fitness diet for a successful and a long-term weight loss.
It is your awareness about health and your tenacity that really counts in keeping you fit and healthy. The outcome of which will be a trouble free life with great health.
